Sarah Roth (PhD, Northwestern University) specializes in nineteenth-century British novels and nonfiction and representations of reproduction in Anglo-American culture. Her teaching interests include writing composition, British literature, women's writing, gender studies, and the medical humanities. She has held national research fellowships from the Woodrow Wilson Foundation and the American Council of Learned Societies with the Mellon Foundation.
