Catharine Regan (Ph.D. University of Illinois) teaches Old and Middle English. She is the author of articles on typology and orality in literature and commentary notes for the Oxford edition of John Trevisa's translation of Bartholomaeus Anglicus's De proprietatibus rerum. She is developing web-based supplements for language and literature courses.
